Trailer Rental Requirements:

• Completed Trailer Rental Agreement

• Copy of A Valid Driver's License

• Copy of A Valid Insurance Card

• Enroll or Decline Additional Insurance Coverage starting at $13/ day

  • To decline, you must own the tow vehicle and have full coverage.​

• Completed Credit Card Authorization form for missing or damaged items

• 2 5/16" Ball with the proper towing capacity

  • ​Available to rent for $10​​

• Rental Total + $200 Refundable Deposit 
  *Deposit refunded after return Check-in Inspection

Towing Vehicle Requirements:

• The towing vehicle must be in good working condition and have a Frame Style Receiving Hitch with the ability to tow.

• 2 5/16" Hitch Ball Size
  *We have them available to rent for $10 so you don't have to buy one.

Trailer Rental Period: Each day the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day. Phoenix Trailer Rental offers Hourly, Daily, Weekend, Weekly and Monthly Rental Rates.
Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for all damages to the rented trailer upon execution of the trailer rental agreement. The credit card provided at execution of the trailer rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the rentee.
